Personal Data Protection Policy

Processing of Personal Data and GDPR Information

This document describes how Eurolab Lambda a.s. processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR) and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on Personal Data Protection, as amended.

1. Data Controller

The data controller is Eurolab Lambda a.s. (hereinafter referred to as the “Controller”).

2. Scope of Processed Personal Data

The Controller processes personal data of customers within the following scope:

  • company name
  • company billing address
  • company identification number (Company ID) and VAT ID
  • delivery address of the workplace
  • first and last name of the contact person
  • telephone number and email address of the contact person

3. Purpose of Processing

Personal data are processed by the Controller for the following purposes:

  • invoicing of supplied goods,
  • delivery of supplied goods,
  • sending product and commercial offers of Eurolab Lambda a.s. by email.

Failure to consent to the receipt of marketing emails does not affect the conclusion or continuation of a contractual relationship.

4. Recipients of Personal Data

The Controller does not disclose personal data to third parties, except for the following processors and recipients:

  • Direct Parcel Distribution SK s.r.o. (Company ID: 35834498)
    – for the purpose of delivery of goods, within the scope of delivery address, contact person’s name and telephone number;
  • NEKOM-AUDIT, spol. s r.o. (Company ID: 34139991)
    – provider of accounting services, within the scope of company name, billing address, Company ID, VAT ID, delivery address, and contact person’s details;
  • Kanisová & Kanis Law Firm s.r.o. (Company ID: 36836460)
    – provider of legal services, within the same scope as above.

All processors process personal data solely on the basis of contractual arrangements and in accordance with applicable legal regulations.

5. Cookies

The Controller uses only necessary cookies on its website. Cookies are small text files stored on a user’s device when visiting a website. They are used exclusively to ensure proper website functionality and improve user comfort.

Necessary (technical or functional) cookies do not collect or process personal data and are essential for the transmission of communication over the network or for providing a service explicitly requested by the user. For this reason, consent to their use is not required in accordance with GDPR and Section 109(8) of Act No. 452/2021 Coll. on Electronic Communications.

6. Data Retention Period

Personal data are retained in accordance with the Archives and Registry Act, the Accounting Act, and the VAT Act for a period of 10 years following the year to which the data relate, i.e. the year in which the last invoice was issued.

7. Rights of Data Subjects

In accordance with GDPR, you have the following rights:

  • Right of access – to obtain confirmation as to whether personal data concerning you are being processed and to receive a copy of such data;
  • Right to rectification – to request correction or completion of inaccurate or incomplete personal data;
  • Right to erasure – to request deletion of personal data where legally applicable;
  • Right to restriction of processing – to request limitation of processing under certain conditions;
  • Right to data portability – to receive personal data provided by you in a structured, commonly used format and transmit them to another controller;
  • Right to object – to object to processing based on the Controller’s legitimate interests;
  • Rights related to automated decision-making – the right not to be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling, producing legal or similarly significant effects;
  • Right to withdraw consent – where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

9. Supervisory Authority
