2. Orders and Contract Conclusion

Orders may be placed in writing (email, post) or by telephone. Each order must include complete and accurate identification and contact details of the Buyer, product specification, quantity, and order date.

Personal data are processed solely for the purpose of fulfilling the contractual relationship in accordance with GDPR and applicable Slovak legislation and are not disclosed to third parties except for delivery service providers.

Upon receipt and registration of the order by the Seller, the contract is deemed concluded and legally binding.

Order cancellation is possible only upon prior agreement with the Seller and must be made in writing (email).

3. Delivery Time

Delivery times depend on the type of product and are generally 7–30 days from order confirmation. In exceptional cases, delivery times may be extended due to product availability.

4. Prices and Payment

Prices are determined according to the Seller’s valid price list and may change without prior notice. The applicable price will always be confirmed to the Buyer.

Payment may be made by bank transfer, cash, or cash on delivery. Shipping, handling, and postal costs are charged separately according to the Seller’s price list.

5. Delivery and Acceptance of Goods

The Buyer is obliged to inspect the goods upon receipt. Any visible damage or discrepancies must be reported immediately.

Ownership of the goods transfers to the Buyer only after full payment. The risk of damage passes to the Buyer upon receipt of the goods.

The Buyer may return goods within 5 working days of receipt without stating a reason.

6. Warranty and Complaints

Unless otherwise stated, the warranty period is 24 months. For consumable goods, the warranty corresponds to the expiration date.

Warranty does not apply to defects caused by improper use, mechanical damage, unauthorised modifications, or incorrect storage.

Claims regarding quantity or assortment must be submitted within 5 days of delivery.

7. Final Provisions

The Seller reserves the right to amend prices. In the event of a price change, the Buyer has the right to cancel the order.

Legal relations not expressly governed by these Terms and Conditions are subject to the applicable laws of the Slovak Republic.
